Innsbruck Airport (Code: INN) handles regional flights around the Alps, but more destinations during the winter as people come to Innsbruck for the piste.
The airport is 2.5 miles from Innsbruck city centre. You can take the F bus from the airport terminal to either the the city or to the Hauptbahnhof (the main train station.)
Innsbruck is located in western Austria in the heart of the Alps, framed on either side by the Nordkette and the Patscherkofel mountains. It’s a permanent home to about 120,000 people but is also a popular skiing destination for tourists during the winter.
